Booking Conditions & Cancellation Policy
Our Body Corporate does not allow parties or large gatherings of any type in our apartments & penthouses. To do so will result in eviction without refund. Cots, high chairs, strollers available for hire - please enquire when booking your accommodation. TARIFFS are subject to change without notice. Where a booking has been confirmed by the receipt of a deposit, the tariff quoted will be honoured.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
OFF-PEAK SEASON: If a booking is cancelled more than 30 days prior to arrival, the deposit will be refunded less $181.50 cancellation fee. If the booking is cancelled under 30 days prior to arrival, there will be a refund less $181.50 cancellation fee if the apartment is relet for the same period of time, if not relet, a refund will not apply.
PEAK & MID SEASON : If a booking is cancelled more than 60 days prior to arrival, the deposit will be refunded less $220.00 cancellation fee. If the booking is cancelled under 60 days prior to arrival, there will be a refund less $220.00 cancellation fee if the apartment is relet for the same period of time, if not relet, a refund will not apply.
DEPOSITS: A deposit equal to 50% of the total rental is required within 7 days to confirm your booking. The remaining 50% payment is required 30 days prior to your arrival date. Bookings may be made only by persons over the age of 25.
