We’ve moved to a dynamic pricing model, similar to the way airlines and other leading hotels operate. This means our rates and minimum stay requirements may change throughout the year, adjusting for factors like demand and seasonality.

Booking Conditions
Our Body Corporate does not allow parties or large gatherings of any type in our apartments & penthouses. To do so will result in eviction without refund. Cots, high chairs, strollers available for hire - please enquire when booking your accommodation. We utilize dynamic pricing and prices may vary across different dates and room types and are subject to change. All bookings are subject to availability. Any quote given is an estimate of price and will only be confirmed once a deposit is paid and written confirmation is issued. All prices quoted are in Australian Dollars.
Cancellation Policy
LOW & MID SEASON
If a booking is cancelled more than 30 days prior to arrival, the deposit will be refunded less $181.50 cancellation fee. If the booking is cancelled under 30 days prior to arrival, there will be a refund less $181.50 cancellation fee if the apartment is relet for the same period of time, if not relet, a refund will not apply.
HIGH & PEAK SEASON
If a booking is cancelled more than 60 days prior to arrival, the deposit will be refunded less $220.00 cancellation fee. If the booking is cancelled under 60 days prior to arrival, there will be a refund less $220.00 cancellation fee if the apartment is relet for the same period of time, if not relet, a refund will not apply.
DEPOSITS
A deposit equal to 50% of the total rental is required within 7 days to confirm your booking. The remaining 50% payment is required 30 days prior to your arrival date. Bookings may be made only by persons over the age of 25.
CREDIT CARDS
We accept Direct Debit, Mastercard or Visa with no surcharge. We also accept American Express however a 3% surcharge will apply.
