The Sunset Penthouse is located at the top of Number One with magnificent 180 degree views overlooking Noosa's Main Beach, Laguna Bay, the Noosa River as well as the Noosa Hinterland and beyond.
This amazing vista is visible from both levels of the Sunset Penthouse (including the master suite & bedroom 2) – making it one of the best places in Noosa to witness our amazing sunsets.

Level 1
The Living Room,
Kitchen and terrace
Further enhancing the views are the floor to ceiling frameless fold back glass doors opening from the living room onto an expansive terrace where a remote controlled awning, comfortable furnishings and BBQ await you, whilst at the same time admitting soft sea breezes to the Penthouse. A wonderful place to relax whilst enjoying the sounds of trickling water from the fountain.
Ducted reverse cycle air-conditioning allows you to control the temperature on the main floor of the Sunset Penthouse. Also located on this level is a comfortably fitted out TV room, with a 65" LED TV, the laundry and bedroom 3, along with the fully equipped kitchen featuring a spacious breakfast bar & stools. The kitchen is placed perfectly for the "chief cook" to enjoy the views whilst preparing meals. Bedroom 3 has glass sliding doors opening onto a balcony looking out to the trees. The twin beds can easily be converted to a king bed on request. It also has a TV and an ensuite bathroom.

Level 2
The Bedroom & The Master Suite
The master suite and second bedroom are located on level 2. Both bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms, king bed & 50" & 55" LED TV's fitted to the wall. Floor to ceiling slide-back glass doors from each bedroom glide open onto their own completely private terraces, with remote controlled awnings & furnishings to lie around or sit and enjoy the peace and tranquillity. The bedrooms have ceiling fans & reverse cycle air-conditioning as well. Fitted to the windows are remote controlled sunscreen and block-out blinds - once you close your bedroom door you could be miles from anyone!
The Sunset Penthouse is not suitable for children, however it is the most perfect holiday destination for couples sharing and adult families who enjoy holidaying together.
