DEPOSIT: A deposit equal to one-third of the total rental or 2 nights (whichever is the greater) is required within 7 days to confirm your booking. Bookings may be made only by persons over the age of 21.
CREDIT CARDS: We accept MasterCard, Bankcard or Visa by phone, fax or our secure web site.
CANCELLATIONS: No refund of deposit if booking cancelled within 60 days of arrival unless unit is relet for same period. Cancellation fee is 12% of deposit.
