It is amazing, located at the top of "No.1", with expansive and magnificent views of Noosa's main beach, Laguna bay, the Noosa River, the Hinterland and beyond. From throughout the unit, and from both floors, the views are further enhanced because of frameless foldback glass doors across the complete front of the penthouse, from floor to ceiling, opening onto the spacious terrace with fountain, outdoor seating bar-b-que and outdoor dinning.
It has the feel of both a classic Hampton's Beach House and a Villa on the Italian Riviera. The floors are covered in New Zealand Sandstone – almost the colour of the cool sands of Noosa's main beach.
