The “Alexandria Suite Penthouse” is the top two levels of the “Laguna Suite Penthouse” –  It has been uniquely built to be two individual penthouses or one four bedroom penthouse.  Pure wool carpets on the stairs and in the bedrooms with crisp polished porcelain tiles throughout the living room and ensuites ensure your comfort.  Tastefully furnished, its soft modern colours are welcoming.

This multi-level penthouse features a staircase consisting of four flights of eight steps – with landings in between, leading to the bedrooms.  A further two flights of steps and you’re in the roof top kitchen and living room with views to forever that will take your breath away.  The bedrooms are large, each has a private terrace, ensuite, LCD TV and DVD.  It’s air conditioned throughout and is fully self-contained.  Glass surrounds the living room – bringing the vista of the Sunshine Coast Hinterland to the beach and beyond right inside.  On the private terrace is a spa pool – roomy enough for four people, a bar-b-que, outdoor furniture and a remote controlled awning.  It also has a ‘loo with a view’ !!  wait till you visit – it’s brilliant !!  Not suitable for babies and toddlers – great for families with older children or couples sharing.
